Returns & Exchanges


Upon receiving your shipment from ClothsStyle, please:

Carefully inspect the contents for any physical defects or shipping damage.
Verify that you received the correct products.
Important: Any damaged merchandise must be reported within 7 business days of the delivery date to be eligible for a replacement. If you are not satisfied with your order, please follow the packing instructions listed below.

Packaging Your Return


Returned items must be received within 15 days in their original condition. Items that are washed, worn, or used will not be accepted.
Include your invoice or a note with your name, address, and order ID# with the return.
Once we receive your item and confirm it is in its original condition, a refund will be issued to the same form of payment originally used for the order.
If you prefer an alternate item or size, you will need to place a new order for that item.
Note: We do not accept returns of items that are worn, washed, or used. Such items will be returned at the customer’s expense.

Customers are responsible for return postage. Please note that original shipping charges, customs fees, and import taxes are non-refundable.
